For a product to be price matched, must meet the following criteria:
- Must have an OR (Official Receipt) or Official Quotation dated within 3 months from day of submission
- The item(s) must be currently in-stock at OnlineKitchen.ph at the time of the price match request
- Shipping charges for any price matched items will be charged at the same rate as the website or in-store that the item is price matched from
- OnlineKitchen.ph reserves all right in making a decision to price match and that includes verify the price of the identical, in-stock item at the other online retailer's/supplier (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand)
How to match an item from OnlineKitchen.ph to another online retailer or in-store products?
- Must present (OR) Official Receipt or Official Quotation in any OnlineKitchen.ph branches
We do not honor:
- Prices that items or products outside the Philippines
- Prices from warehouse and third-party sellers
- Prices from bidding or requiring memberships
- Bundle Offers, Instant Rebates, Mail-in Offers, Offers that include financing
- Prices that require minimum quantity purchases
- Damaged, Secondhand/Used, or Refurbished items
- Misprinted or inaccurate prices
