Branch Pickup

Select the Branch Pick-up to purchase item/s online and pick them up at a branch location near you. With this option, there are no shipping charges and no long waiting for delivery.

Pick-up Business Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday 8am to 2pm

Mechanics:

  1. Click Shipping type.
  2. Choose ‘Branch Pick-up’.
  3. Choose a convenient branch location to pick-up your item.
  4. Proceed through the secure checkout.
  5. When your order is ready at the branch, you'll receive a ‘Ready to Pick-up with reference number’ via email and sms.
  6. When your order is ready at the branch, you'll receive a ‘Ready to Pick-up with reference number’ via email and sms.
  7. Bring and present a valid ID and printed copy of emailed ‘Ready to Pick-up with reference number’ to the branch chosen.

Text alert and eligible pick-up representative/person

If you want to receive a text alert when your order is ready for pick-up, you can enter your mobile number during checkout, or go to “My Account” and enter your mobile number.

You can also add the name and email address of someone else during checkout if you want them to pick-up your order. Right after you've placed your order, you can add or change a pick-up person by:

  • Going to "My Account"
  • Clicking the order number to see the full details for this order
  • Clicking on “Edit” next to the Current Pick-up Person
  • Add in your Alternate Pick-up Person information

Things to remember about Branch Pick-up:

  • You cannot change the pick-up branch once you received the confirmation pick-up tracking number
  • Product assembly is not included and gift wrapping is not available
  • Products may be larger than expected due to packaging. Please consider this when choosing the vehicle, you use to pick-up your order
  • Items are typically ready for pick-up within two days after placing your order online. Orders placed outside of business hours (Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm) and (Saturday 8am-2pm) may require additional processing time. Also, please remember to consider store hours when determining when you would like to pick-up your order.
  • Note that your purchased item will be automatically return to main warehouse if it is not picked up within 7 days of receiving your 'Ready for Pick-up' email and sms.

Warehouse Storage fee will apply for every week delays of pick-up. P100 for every week of delays.
