How long will you hold my order for pick-up?
We will hold your order for 7 days starting from the purchased date completed.
Can I have someone else pick-up my order?
Yes! You may enter a pick-up representative/person when you purchase your order online, or edit the pick-up representative/person in your order details in My Account after placing the order.
Please note, it may take up to 4 hours for the new pick-up person to update. You cannot change the pick-up representative/person if you received the ‘'Ready for Pick-up' email and sms.
If the representative or I did not pick-up my order within 7 days?
You’ll receive an email or sms notice for “Fail to pick-up” your ordered item and you should arrange another schedule of delivery in your My Account History. Look and click for the item with red font “Fail to pick-up” then follow the steps to proceed with reschedule of pick-up. Take note that you will be charged a WAREHOUSE STORAGE FEE P100 for every week of delays.
Where do I go in the branch to pick-up my order?
Go to the My Account History and check the details for selected pick-up branch.
What do I need to present to pick-up my order?
Bring and present a Valid ID and printed of your emailed ‘Ready for Pick-up’ with reference number.
