OKP Centre is a systemized information to help Customers / Seller with their concerns. With different categories and its sub-categories to serve customers / sellers from Buying to tracking their Parcel, Return Policy and their Data Security.

OKP Desk is a Customer Service System that will provide Information and services like helping clients with variety of choices for their desired Equipment, or if they having a hard time of what item should be used. OKP desk is also responsible for After-sale concerns, and for helping client to reach with their suppliers.


Our Privacy Policy ensures that all of the data gathered from our customers are strictly private. We are committed keeping Client data confidential.

We will not any personal information aside from which will help us to provide you with quality service, analyze the readability of improvement for our products and services and the funtionality for the development of our website.

We are also committed to keep your data, officially "For services use only" with our third parties that provide site usage statistics to us. We are also committed that we will not turn over any information from our client unless it was legally requested by the law.

You agree to notify us in the event of an unautorized use of your account or other activities that will result to termination.

Return policy - Return Policy is not applicable before or after warranty date of the products. The return policy shall be valid in 7 days after the day it was purchased if:
(1) If painted and has scratch
(2) If product has a defect
(3) If the product failed to operate/function
(4) If item has a missing part

Online kitchen Philippines would not be liable after the warranty has ended with the technical problems of the purchased equipment.
Change of mind is also not applicable once the product has been purchased.
Online kitchen Philippines representative has the right to check the item before receiving it as a “return item” to see if any data/parts/serial alteration has been occurred.
An RDI form, will be given to the customer by the help of an OKP Customer service agent. OKP will only accept RDI form that are officially recorded and produced by OKP Agent. They must able to present their reference number as proof that their transaction was been approved.
(*) An RDI form – Return due to inoperative, must be presented to client by an OKP customer service agent once the “Return Item” is approved. OKP agent has the right to ask for Videos/Photos/Data or information/Serial Number for inspection of the said item, Client who will failed to submit the given requirements for inspection would not be prioritized due to delay of the given instructions.
(*) If the client failed to submit his/her RDI form within the given due date of the OKP Agent, they will not be prioritized.
(*) If Online Kitchen Philippines failed to give the exact item that the client purchased, OKP will be held responsible for the exchange and fee of two ways. (From Supplier to Delivery)

This Policy is only applicable, if the exchange, or return item has no other stock with the supplier, of if client agreed of not exchanging it anymore. Client will still need to fill up an RDI form for documentation and processing of the Money they are refunding.
There would be a given time for processing of such requests:
Refund Policy – working days 1 - 7 days
Return Policy – might take weeks for imported products and 1 – 6 days for local products.


In Selling, OKP agents are responsible to help the seller with their concerns of posting, interaction with Clients, Parcel/Package Shipping, OKP agents also has the right to receive updates of transactions (Canceled or not)

(*) Sellers can advertise their product in the Front Page with specific size, area and layout to be approved by Online Kitchen Philippines.
(*) First year of being a part of OKP, advertisement for sellers is FREE.
(*) Sellers should must also complete requirements for being a part/partner of the Online Kitchen Philippines.
(*) Sellers are prohibited to sell/give/advertise information to anyone with OKP informations such as (Tentative) Secure datas, Planning datas and more.
(*) Any advertisement coming from sellers are strictly must be approved by OKP before posting it on the website.
(*) Sellers are also STRICTLY BANNED to sell products without being reviewed and approved by OKP.
(*) Sellers must give an update with their sales for OKP’s documentation, readability of sales and for improvement of the website.


In Billing, OKP Agents are responsible to recommend types of billing to Client and Seller such as: Traditional and Via Card. OKP Agents are also responsible with records of the payment for both Client and Seller.

Shipping & Delivery

OKP Sellers are responsible to give information with the tracking and shipping of the client`s purchased. Client`s must also be aware of the notice that will be sent via email, text call or notification on their app.

Shipping/Delivery costs will be reflected during checkout when you select “Shipping/Delivery method.


You may not post or sell any item that is restricted or prohibited by a law in any country or authority. Please be aware that the Online Kitchen Philippines function as a local marketplace within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines; thus, the selling or posting of items may be prohibited because of laws outside of the jurisdiction where you reside. Below, we have listed some categories of prohibited or restricted items. PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED ITEMS

Online Kitchen Philippines expressly prohibit listing or selling of narcotics, tranquilizers, psychotropic drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids and other controlled substances (including the all drugs listed in Republic Act No. 9165, or also known as The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). Such activity can result in account removal. Also, drug paraphernalia, including all items that are usually considered or design for use in producing or using a controlled substance, are strictly not allowed on the site.

The posting of prescription drugs, psychotropic drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited. The listing or sale of orally administered or ingested sexual enhancement foods and supplements are also prohibited.

The posting of explosive and related ignition and detonation equipments, radioactive substances, toxic and poisonous chemicals are strictly prohibited. This activity can result in, account removal.

The posting or offering for sale of any arms, munitions, military ordnance, weapons (including explosive weapons), and/or any related parts and components is strictly prohibited. A violation of this policy will result in informing of government authorities and your account will be delisted.

Posting or selling of weapons that can damage or cause serious physical harm to others are prohibited. Such as batons, stun guns and crossbows. While listing of most knives and other cutting tool is permitted.

Online Kitchen Philippines prohibit posting and selling of human body part and remains, examples of prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Organs, bones, sperm and eggs. Posting or selling of any species including any animal parts such as pelts, skins, teeth, claws, shells, bones, tusks, ivory, etc. are strictly prohibited

Posting of pornographic materials is strictly prohibited. Items depicting or suggesting immorality, rape sex, incest or sex with graphic violence, and any item depicting sex, involving minors are also prohibited.

Any listing claiming to government services and related products are strictly prohibited. Example are official government-issued identification documents, such as birth certificates, driving license and passport. Posting for the single purpose of collecting user information or raising fund are also not allowed on the site.
