Yes! You may enter a pick-up representative/person when you purchase your order online, or edit the pick-up representative/person in your order details in My Account after placing the order.
Please note, it may take up to 4 hours for the new pick-up person to update. You cannot change the pick-up representative/person if you received the ‘'Ready for Pick-up' email and sms.

You’ll receive an email or sms notice for “Fail to pick-up” your ordered item and you should arrange another schedule of delivery in your My Account History. Look and click for the item with red font “Fail to pick-up” then follow the steps to proceed with reschedule of pick-up. Take note that you will be charged a WAREHOUSE STORAGE FEE P100 for every week of delays.
